PRODUCT SPECIFICATION — LUBRICITY TESTER
Lubricity Tester
Reliable lubricity data keeps torque, drag and bit wear in check. The Inmotion Lubricity
Tester runs both a coefficient-of-friction test and an extreme-pressure (EP) film
strength test on one benchtop instrument, giving field and laboratory personnel a
direct, repeatable friction reading in line with API friction-evaluation practice.

FEATURES
✔ Two Tests, One Instrument: The standard coefficient-of-friction ring/block pair and a
dedicated EP ring/block pair share the same drive and torque arm.
✔ Calibrated Torque Wrench: A dual-scale (N·m / in-lb), colour-banded dial sets and reads
the applied load directly, independent of the digital coefficient-of-friction readout.
✔ Variable-Frequency Drive: Smooth, progressive speed control from 0 to 1,000 rpm. Runs
on AC220V 50Hz (standard) or AC120V 60Hz (USA), ±10%.
✔ Elevating Sample-Cup Stand: A hand wheel on a lead screw submerges the ring, block and
holder with a single adjustment.
