FEATURES
✔Full HTHP Test in One Cell: 500 mL cell rated to 1500 psi, run at the standard 500 psi differential (4.2
MPa cell against 0.7 MPa back-pressure) for drilling fluids and cement slurries.
✔Insulated Heating Jacket: electric heating to 260°C (500°F), held within ±3°C (±5°F) by a digital
temperature controller.
✔Interchangeable Cup Covers: single-screen cover for drilling fluid, double-screen through-hole cover for
cement slurry.
✔Regulated Back-Pressure System: triple-gauge pipe-manifold keeps filtrate from flashing to steam at
temperature. Runs on AC220V 50Hz (standard) or AC120V 60Hz (USA), ±10%.

Manufactured to evaluate drilling fluid and cement slurry filtration properties in line with API RP 13B-2 / ISO 10414-2.
Standard test: 4.2 MPa (≈609 psi) cell pressure against 0.7 MPa (≈100 psi) back-pressure — a 500 psi differential.
