Low Pressure LPLT Filter Press (Al)

Static filtration testing shows how much fluid a drilling mud loses under pressure, and how well the resulting filter cake will seal a permeable formation. The Inmotion Low Pressure LPLT Filter Press applies a steady 100 psi across a standard API test cell using a disposable CO₂ cartridge and precision regulator, giving field and laboratory personnel a fast, repeatable API filtrate reading in accordance with API RP 13B-1, Section 7.1.

FEATURES

✔ Cartridge-Powered Pressure Source: A disposable CO₂ cartridge and regulator reach and hold 100 psi in seconds, without
hand-pump strokes or a bench-mounted dead-weight.
✔ Aluminum Cell Construction: Lightweight, corrosion-resistant cell body, base cap, and top cap stand up to daily use with
both water-based and oil-based muds.
✔ Cast Bench-Mount Frame: A T-screw clamp secures the assembled cell in the frame for hands-free, repeatable testing.
✔ Precision 0–200 psi Gauge: Continuous visual confirmation that the cell holds the full 100 psi test pressure for the entire 30-
minute run.
